We assisted the Minnesota State government's Office of Collaboration and Dispute Resolution (OCDR) in promoting their services and demonstrating their impact.
CHALLENGE
OCDR was concerned that the incoming state legislators would disband their department. Through a competitive RFP process, we emerged as the best fit for the job to demonstrate their value, the impact of their work, and how it is done, we through a competitive RFP process.

We needed a Heart of the story to anchor it, walking viewers through OCDR's collaborative problem-solving process.
We chose John Thompson as the story's Heart because of his connection to Philando Castile and his transformation. John later became a community activist after experiencing OCDR's process.
